At KheyaMind AI Technologies Private Limited, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our Magento 2 extensions and other digital products.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- The extension does not work as described in the documentation
- The extension is incompatible with the specified Magento version despite following installation instructions
- Critical bugs that prevent the extension from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate purchase of the same extension
Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Extensions that have been customized or modified
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago
- Change of mind or no longer needed
- Lack of technical skills to install or configure the extension
- Incompatibility due to third-party extensions or custom code
- Services already rendered (custom development, consulting)
Refund Process
1. Submit a Request

2. Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may request additional information or attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
3. Refund Approval
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
License Revocation
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated immediately, and you must cease using the extension. Continued use after a refund is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, such as when issues are partially resolved or when a downgrade to a different license type is appropriate.
