Returns and Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Returns and Cancellation Policy governs the return and cancellation of digital products and services purchased from KheyaMind AI Technologies Private Limited.
Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (Magento 2 extensions, software licenses, downloadable content):
- No physical returns are applicable as all products are delivered electronically
- Once downloaded, products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
- License deactivation serves as the equivalent of a return for digital products
Cancellation Policy
Before Download/Activation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
- The product has not been downloaded
- The license key has not been activated
- The cancellation request is made within 14 days of purchase
After Download/Activation
Once a product has been downloaded or license activated, cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy terms. Refunds may be granted only if:
- The product does not function as described
- Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team
- The request is made within the 14-day refund period
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will take effect at the end of the annual term with no refund for the remaining period.
Custom Development Services
Before Work Begins
You may cancel custom development projects before work begins for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
Work in Progress
Once development work has commenced, cancellation will result in charges for work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order or subscription:
- Log in to your account at My Account
- Navigate to your order or subscription details
- Click the "Cancel" or "Request Cancellation" button
- Or email us directly at hello@kheyamind.ai with your order number
Cancellation Processing Time
- Cancellations are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed
Non-Cancellable Items
The following cannot be cancelled:
- Completed custom development projects
- Consulting services already rendered
- Third-party licenses or services purchased on your behalf
